TSU Agreement for Products and Payment Plans

I authorize Financial Puzzle Inc, doing business as TradeSmart University, to automatically charge my credit card for the selected payment plan. I agree that I have fully experienced the product I am purchasing through any trial periods offered by TradeSmart University and I am fully aware of the nature of the resources I am purchasing, including the distribution process and the live event experience where applicable, of the product being purchased. I also understand all sales are final and there are no refunds given if not requested during the first 5 days from the date of sale. I understand I am responsible for my personal technology requirements and that the failure of my personal computer and or internet connections to work properly do not in any way remove my obligations under this agreement.

If my plan is a monthly plan I understand by having my payment plan processed via this Agreement, all applicable payment amounts due will automatically be charged to my selected credit card on a 30 day cycle from the date of my first purchase. The listed credit card will be used for the entire payment plan unless and until I give an updated credit card. I understand that it is my responsibility to update or notify TradeSmart University 72 hours in advance if the listed credit card is not valid to process the payment on its recurring due date. I also understand I may be responsible for an additional charge of up to, but not to exceed the amount of $20.00 in any case in which the automatic payment is rejected because my listed credit card has either been closed or there are insufficient funds to cover the charges owed. I understand that if my account contains insufficient funds to satisfy my payment plan, my right of access to my TradeSmart University account login may be suspended or terminated. I understand that if my account remains delinquent after proper notification my account could be turned over for further collections and I will be charged any applicable cost to collect the remaining debt. I understand that by agreeing to these statements I am fully aware of my agreement with Financial Puzzle Inc. and any denial of this agreement through the process of disputes with my credit card holder is a federal offense punishable under federal law.

I understand and agree that I am agreeing to a trial for a subscription and if not cancelled will be charged for the subscription at full price after 30 days.
